For WIR gGmbH, I set out to capture the true essence of daily life across the entire organization. From vibrant living houses and welcoming offices to dynamic workplaces like the workshops and creative studios – every space became part of a cohesive visual narrative.
The main goal: To create an authentic portrait of what it feels like to be part of WIR, whether you’re working here or calling it home as a client. My photography brings to light the warmth, diversity, and dignity of each day – showcasing not just routines, but the people and relationships that shape them.
With a unified visual language, I documented the full spectrum of experiences WIR offers. Candid moments, creative projects, and shared successes now invite viewers to discover the organization’s heartbeat: Inclusion, empowerment, and genuine community.
